Free shipping on every order

We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and the United States, with no minimum spend.

Duties and taxes included.

For orders to the UK, New Zealand and the US, prices are shown in your local currency and already include shipping, import duties and applicable taxes. There’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Processing and delivery times

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Australia: 2–8 business days

• New Zealand: 5–10 business days

• United Kingdom and United States: 7–15 business days

Pre-order items ship from the date shown on the product page. Our Cleansing Balm and Body Butter ship from 29 November. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may send them together on the pre-order date.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
