Email hello@glowtallowskincare.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on why it didn't suit you.
The fine print
The guarantee covers one jar of each product per customer.
For bundles, we'll refund one jar and you can return any unopened jars for a refund.
Original shipping costs (international orders) are not refunded.
Unopened products in original condition can also be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
