Is Glow Ritual greasy?
It is intentionally rich, but a small amount melts into the skin with a silky finish. Start with less than you think you need and add more only where your skin feels dry.
Who is it for?
Glow Ritual was created with dry, mature and changing skin in mind, including people who notice their skin becoming drier through their 40s, perimenopause or menopause. Every complexion is different, so patch test first and introduce richer skincare gradually if you are breakout-prone.
Does tallow clog pores?
There is no universal answer for every complexion. Tallow is lipid rich, and some oily or congestion-prone skin may find rich moisturisers too much. Start with a small amount and monitor how your skin responds.
How much should I use?
Start with less than you think you need. Warm a small amount between clean fingertips and press it into the skin, adding more only where you feel dry.
How do I use it?
AM: apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin, allow it to absorb, then follow with SPF. PM: use as your final moisturising step.
What if I notice blemishes?
A blemish is not automatically an allergic reaction. If your skin otherwise feels calm, reduce the amount or frequency and monitor how your skin responds. We do not describe this as “purging”. If blemishes continue, become more frequent or worsen, stop use.
Can skincare cause a reaction?
Yes. Any skincare product can potentially cause irritation or an allergic reaction in some people. Patch test before full use and stop use if you experience persistent burning, significant itching, a spreading rash, marked redness, hives or swelling. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or concern you.
